As the Founder and Managing Director of 3 Monkeys AV, Francis Fragomeni has been steering the company since 2008. Apart from his role as the captain of our ship, Francis is a passionate musician, part of a band, and loves his guitars and cars. Has been searching for the Holy Grail of guitar tones for the past 41 years… and still going
In the role of Operations Manager, Kyle Keeps all the teams’ operations at 3 Monkeys AV running smoothly. He is an “Arnott’s Shapes” connoisseur and is always bringing in the new flavours to try. Kyle is devoted to maintaining a pristine lawn, and on the weekends, he loves to keep active and go for family rides.
Our Senior Sales & System Designer designs all technical drawings for our client-customized solutions. Loves playing drums in his blues band on the weekends and is a purveyor of exotic lunches from neighbouring lunch bars.
A jack of all trades, Oscar is not only our Technical Programmer but also offers Tech support and conducts on-site education & training. If you’re around Oscar, you’re bound to learn a new, really long word. Not unusual for Oscar to drop words like “Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicanoconiosis”.
Daniel Low, a Senior Sales Consultant, specializes in all industries and AV solutions, specializing in Video Conferencing Solutions. Daniel brings enthusiasm to the office, always happy, and known for his bubbly demeanour.
Emma’s job role would be too long to list, so we have narrowed it down to our Purchasing Officer & Sales Support Team Member. An irreplaceable and delightful staff member. Emma is the queen of baking and makes the best apple slice for the office.
Andrew is our Senior AV Technician and a great leader to all our install team members. In his spare time, Andrew is a devoted Father & doting husband who also plays drums in a band. A highly skilled Weber Barbecuer who also regularly visits his local barber ensuring his good looks are consistently maintained.
Our Warehouse Manager Joel excels in keeping the warehouse operating at exceptionally high levels of professionalism at all times. Marked by extreme calm and composure. Joel has excellent taste in music, when you enter the warehouse you are bound to hear a new song or genre.
Barry Hayward, our licensed electrician and senior technician, with over half a decade of experience. Barry is often addressed as the “Guv’na” due to his incredibly posh North London accent. An avid lover of all things from Britain and is still baffled by our AFL code. Often seen chasing Enzo around the office and wanting to knock his block off! An absolute gentleman loved by all his peers.
As Business Development Officer and Sales Team Member, Jacinta creates content for marketing and social media. She has a cute dog that is the self-proclaimed 3 Monkeys AV “Mascot”. Jacinta enjoys the trendy Fremantle coffee strip and exploring local food emporiums.
Also studying his Electrical Apprenticeship, Jack Fragomeni is an AV Technician and installer. Ever conscious of the foods he eats, ensuring they are both healthy & nutritious, Jack is on a quest to have the best physique in the company. Jack is always happy and helpful with a go-get attitude in any situation.
Matt is one of our AV Technicians and an all-rounder installer who is also studying his Electrical Apprenticeship. Matt is known for his consideration, positive, and helpful demeanour. Always uses positive rather than negative language. A happy young man who consistently focuses on what can be achieved rather than on what is problematic.
Cheyenne runs the front desk, keeping on top of all our administration and bookkeeping. She loves seeing live music events and spending her summers at the beach.
